Return and Exchange Policy – Enif At Enif, we are committed to providing high-quality products made from natural stones with care. In accordance with hygiene and public health laws, we clarify that the products are for personal use, and we inform our valued customers of the store policy: 1. Returns or exchanges are not accepted for all products unless there is a proven manufacturing defect in the product. 2. In case a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the customer has the right to request a return or exchange after the request is reviewed by the Enif team. 3. Custom-designed products: • Products that are designed or executed based on a special request from the customer, whether with a specific size, custom design, engraving, selection of certain stones, or any special modification, • Are not subject to the return or exchange policy, as they are specifically designed according to the customer's wishes and specifications. 4. If the customer wishes to return (after approval and according to the above conditions): • The customer bears a fixed return fee of 63 Saudi Riyals. • Shipping fees of 30 Saudi Riyals are deducted from the total order. • The remaining amount is refunded to the customer after deducting the mentioned fees. 5. To accept any return request, it is required that: • The product is unused, • In its original condition, • And with the original packaging. 6. Enif reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange request if the conditions are not met. 7. Products on special offers, clearance sales, and discounts cannot be returned unless there is a defect in the product, which must be reported within a maximum of two days from the date of receiving the order, and the product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all accessories as received from Enif. 8. Shipping or delivery costs are not refundable if the customer wishes to return or exchange after the product has left the Enif store warehouse.
